🌍 Secrets of the Africa Educates Her Campaign and the Crimes of AUCIEFA against Sofonie Dala

The African Union/Centre for Girls and Women’s Education in Africa (AUCIEFA) has been organizing capacity building workshops for young Africans of all genders. In its third annual program, held in November at the Palm Hotel in Accra, Ghana, Sofonie Dala was selected to represent Angola after completing her postgraduate studies in Management and Media Leadership for African Women at Rhodes University, South Africa.

At the beginning of the pandemic, Sofonie was elected as one of the five ambassadors of the Africa Educates Her Campaign, tasked with ensuring that all girls returned to school during and after the crisis. Her official presentation at the African Union, with television coverage, was a milestone. Yet soon after, she became the target of sabotage and fraud.

⚠️ Three Frauds Against Sofonie Dala

1. Theft of authorship

Coordinators such as Félicité and Anoziva began stealing Sofonie’s videos, inserting them into their own campaigns. They even invited people from Portuguese-speaking countries to respond to her work, attempting to block her prize by claiming someone else had already submitted it. The fraud was exposed, but her recognition was never restored.

2. Fraud in official summits and the negative participation of ms FELICITE

After Sofonie was invited to take part as  a panelist/discussant to contribute to the round table dialogue and the side-event’s success. for an international trip, Félicité tried to replace her with another person, using her travel package. Sofonie confronted the situation, and as a result, Félicité was punished and removed from the event.

MS. FELICITE REALLY PERSECUTED ME BADLY

3. Exclusion from international course

During the online marketing course promoted in partnership with Impact Her, Sofonie was among the first participants. At the conclusion, Félicité once again acted against her: she hid Sofonie’s presence in the Zoom meeting, lied that she was absent, and placed others in the spotlight. With the help of “Mr. Saifeddine Ben Mhenni,” she deleted Sofonie from WhatsApp groups, emails, and communication channels, replacing her with a former Angolan participant from the first workshop.

📋 List of those responsible

  • Felicite Kou-Nangue— coordinator involved in multiple frauds.

  • Anoziva Marindire— accomplice in the theft of authorship.

  • Mr. Saifeddine Ben Mhenni— collaborator in digital exclusion and manipulation of groups.

Yougbare Boubakar Not colaborator but had negative participation when those criminals excluded Sofonie from the school.

CONCLUSION MS. FELICITE MUST BE JAILED AND PUNISHED THE HARDEST

✨ Central Message

Sofonie Dala’s story demonstrates that:

  • Opportunity theft and the silencing of African women are forms of institutional violence.

  • The Africa Educates Her Campaign was designed to empower girls, but corruption within AUCIEFA undermined its mission.

  • Exposing these injustices is essential to ensure that no African girl is silenced or replaced.
